Returns & Complaints

Please check your delivery immediately upon receipt.

Voluntary right of return

We grant a voluntary right of return of 14 days from receipt of the goods.

A return is only possible if the item is unused, undamaged, complete and in its original packaging.

Opened, used, damaged or no longer originally packaged items are excluded from voluntary returns, unless there is a defect.

Your statutory rights in the case of defective goods remain unaffected.

Please do not send any items back to us without contacting us first.

After your enquiry, we will inform you about the next steps and the return address.

Return shipping costs

The costs of return shipping for a voluntary return are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

In the case of a justified complaint, transport damage or an incorrect delivery, we will coordinate the next steps with you. If a return shipment is required, we will cover the return shipping costs after prior agreement.

Complaints, defects and transport damage

If there is a defect, transport damage or an incorrect delivery, please contact us by email as soon as possible after receiving the goods.

Please briefly describe the problem and, if possible, include photos.

We carefully review every complaint and inform you about the next steps.

Refund

After receiving and checking the returned item, we will inform you by email whether the return has been accepted.

If the return is accepted, we will refund the purchase amount using the original payment method.

Shipping costs already incurred will only be refunded if this is legally required or if the error is on our side.
