Shipping

We ship directly from Switzerland.

Delivery Area

Currently, we only deliver to shipping addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Deliveries to other countries are not currently offered.

Shipping Costs

The applicable shipping costs will be displayed in the checkout before the order is completed.

For cigarette cases, shipping within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein is currently CHF 3.90.

For ZORR Powermatic cigarette rolling machines, standard shipping within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein is currently CHF 9.00.

If cigarette cases are ordered together with a ZORR Powermatic cigarette rolling machine, the standard shipping of currently CHF 9.00 applies.

All stated shipping costs include VAT.

Delivery Time

Delivery time is generally 2 to 3 business days after successful payment confirmation or receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated for the respective product.

No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Information

Delivery will be made to the shipping address you provided during checkout.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct. We cannot be held responsible for delays or returns due to incorrect address details.

Should delivery delays occur in exceptional cases, we will inform you as soon as possible by email.
