Frequently Asked Questions

Are the ZORR Powermatic cigarette injectors original products?

Yes. Our ZORR Powermatic cigarette injectors are original ZORR products from a reputable source.

We deliberately do not offer anonymous no-name imitations or visually similar cheap copies. Material quality, workmanship and stability are especially important with mechanical cigarette injectors.

What does original ZORR mean?

The ZORR Powermatic models we offer carry the ZORR logo and are sold as original ZORR products. We make sure not to add products to our range when their origin, workmanship or quality is unclear.

Why do we choose original ZORR Powermatic?

We choose original ZORR Powermatic because we value stability, workmanship and durability. Our own ZORR Powermatic I+ Elite has been in use for more than three years and has impressed us with its robust construction.

Visually similar imitations can differ in material and workmanship, for example in the lever, mechanics or housing.

What is the difference compared with cheaper imitations?

Cheaper imitations can look very similar. Differences often only become apparent in the feel, mechanics, stability and workmanship. Actual service life always depends on use, care and handling.

ZORR Mini or Elite – which model is the better fit?

The ZORR Powermatic Mini is compact, lightweight and budget-friendly. The ZORR Powermatic I+ Elite is larger, heavier and more solidly built. You can find a direct comparison in our buying guide.

Which tubes are suitable?

The ZORR Powermatic Mini and ZORR Powermatic I+ Elite are suitable for standard/king-size tubes and can also be used with 100 mm tubes.

Are matching sets available?

Yes. Mini and Elite are also available together with an aluminium cigarette case. There is also a Complete Set with both machines and the case. View all sets.
